1. Acceptance

By using VetTrack Pro you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Permitted Use

VetTrack Pro is a professional platform for licensed wildlife conservation organisations. Use is restricted to authorised personnel of subscribed institutions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts found in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated.

4. Data Ownership

All veterinary case data and reports you submit remain your intellectual property. You grant us a limited licence to process and store data for service delivery purposes only.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Reverse-engineering or scraping the platform
  • Sharing login credentials
  • Uploading malicious code
  • Circumventing rate limits or security measures
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetTrack Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 3 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
